Hello Jen & Eric, My name is Mickey O'Rourke and I am a golf-obsessed teacher living in West Palm Beach, FL. During the summer, my friends and I will take a trip to play two rounds of golf at the Streamsong Resort in Polk County, FL . We are extremely excited about the trip, and as a result we have discussed the possibility of hiring a professional photographer to document our experience while on the course. Streamsong Resort is one of the top golfing destinations in the entire country, and the course boasts features that are quite uncommon in the state of Florida. The fairways and greens undulate wildly, and the treeless landscapes with no homes in sight are dotted by some of the most unique and expansive bunkering that can be found at any golf course in the world. The wild mixes of sand and grass are striking, and when you add in the forced water carries on many of the holes it is easy to see that Streamsong truly is unique and special as a golfing destination in the State of Florida. I urge you to look at some of the images of the courses that are available online to get a better understanding of exactly what I am talking about. For this project, we would like to place a focus on capturing our rounds with very candid and honest shots that tell the story of our day, but in a way that really emphasizes the courses themselves, and the truly special features that come along with them. We will look just like small, little figures amidst the backdrop of this beautifully expansive property, and those are the exact type of images that we are looking for. We love pictures, but we hate posing for them and I think that will give you a better idea of what we are trying to get out of this experience. We are playing two rounds in two days, and typically one round lasts about 4 hours. I know that this is probably somewhat of a unique request for you, and I hope I was able to adequately explain what we are hoping to see in the images of these rounds so that you know what our expectations are for this project.
