This Boston couple chose a return to the bride’s hometown for a sweet, sincere wedding that we were proud to be a part of. An exceptionally beautiful November day, a gorgeous bride and great planning made it easy.
Vale and Mike sampled some of the best of the Orlando area for their nuptials. They got ready at our favorite local hotel The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes, were married at the photographer-friendly St. James Cathedral and celebrated into the night at a family home on Spring Lake.
The event displayed the couple’s appetite for both fun twists and tradition. Vale’s modern bridesmaids chose between two sunny tones for their gowns which were made in the pattern of their choosing. The couple made a polite, traditional gesture by personally greeting every guest in a receiving line at the entrance to the reception. Their first dance song was a combination of two classic Drifters tunes played by a hip South-Florida band.
Terri Greene (E Events) did a great job coordinating a tricky post-wedding photography schedule with us and bringing the reception’s fragrant citrus theme to life.Thank you to Lisa Konecny of E Events for introducing us to this cool couple. Click here to view our slide show of their day.
